Encore Pizza’s obsession with pizza was born out of semi-rural Victoria almost seventeen years ago. “We had a pizza restaurant that focused on making food using a traditional approach and the right blend of herbs”.

From these humble beginnings Encore Pizza owners, Charlie & Toni, opened their first store in Cranbourne in 1996- serving the first Encore customer on May the 13th that same year.

Encore is continually striving to set new standards in the industry they are obsessed with pizza, fanatical about quality and absorbed by creating a welcoming environment. “We are perfectionists when it comes to pizza and hospitality comes naturally to us.” Their vision has seen the pizza business spread its bases to regional and metropolitan Victoria. Expansion was inevitable as the product surpasses any of its competitors in quality, taste and appeal.
